Once your request has been received, a label will be emailed for you to print off (if you do not receive a label to your email, please let us know). You will be given the option to receive a full refund in the form of store credit or have a flat rate $7 shipping charge deducted from your refund.
If you have placed an order shipping to Canada or anywhere else outside the U.S., you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please ship to: Florence Adams, ATTN: Returns, 529 W. Bertrand Ave., St. Marys, KS 66536.
Clearance or sale items are final sale and may not be returned
Refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days of us receiving the items
Purchases made with store credit will always be refunded as store credit.

Due to the wide variety of brands that we carry, we are not able to offer a specific sizing guide for each item. However, we will note if an item does tend to run a little large or small in the description in an effort to help get you the correct size!
