Provided that items have not been washed, worn, or purchased on sale, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt.  START A RETURN >>

IMPORTANT TO KNOW...
  • Once your request has been received, a label will be emailed for you to print off (if you do not receive a label to your email, please let us know). You will be given the option to receive a full refund in the form of store credit or have a flat rate $7 shipping charge deducted from your refund. 
  • If you have placed an order shipping to Canada or anywhere else outside the U.S., you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please ship to:  Florence Adams, ATTN: Returns,   529 W. Bertrand Ave.,  St. Marys, KS 66536.
  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and may not be returned
  • Refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days of us receiving the items
  • Purchases made with store credit will always be refunded as store credit.
  • The original shipping charge (if any) is not refunded when returning items
  • Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed
  • Only customers shipping to the 48 contiguous US states will have access to the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping return label
  • For exchanges, email us at support@florenceadams.com or call us at 888-977-3110 to make sure we have the size or item that you would like. Follow the steps for a return, and as soon as we receive it, we will ship the exchange.
